Free and Low Cost Therapy
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Daybreak University’s Child, Couple, and Family Therapy Center, I provide individual, couple, and family therapy under clinical supervision. I am supervised by the Assistant Clinical Director, Dr. Nichole Hydarycil, PsyD. My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients understand how their relationships, histories, and emotional patterns impact their present lives. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients can build insight, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Some of the areas I support clients with:
- Relationship challenges and communication difficulties
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Depression
- PTSD
- Trauma-Informed Counseling
- Drug and Alcohol Use
- Self-esteem and self worth conerns
- Exploring patterns shaped by past relational experiences
- Life transitions
- Academic and career-related stress

Daybreak University is a non-profit organization. I am a volunteer and do not get paid for my services. The first 15 sessions are free, and any sessions after that are only $10. All of my sessions are over Zoom, and you must be a California resident to receive services.
